4) Move day

We arrive in the promised window, do a walkthrough, protect floors and doorways and assign roles. Some of the team handles loading, others manage carrying from rooms to the staging area. Large furniture is disassembled as needed with the right tools then padded and wrapped.

5) Transportation

Your items are secured in the truck or trailer, packed to minimize shifting. We maintain a steady pace, avoid harsh stops and keep you updated during transportation. For long-distance or country moves we confirm ETA checkpoints.

6) Delivery & setup

We place items by room, reassemble furniture and stack boxes where you want them. If you added unpacking we handle that too and remove packing debris. Before we leave we’ll do a final walk through with you to confirm everything looks right.
