Hourly rate includes professional movers, clean and fully equipped moving truck, moving blankets/pads, disassembling/reassembling of furniture, tolls, gas, mileage, taxes, and basic insurance

All wrapping supplies will be charged additionally based on the actual usage.
Travel time is the FIXED TIME which our crew spent to get from our parking to your location and back to our parking from your last destination. This fixed time will be added at the end of the job additionally to the actual time of the move.
Up to 1 hour Travel Time is applied to all jobs in Greater Boston area and minimum 30 min. (15 min for our movers to get to your address from our parking plus 15 min to get back when the move is finished).
For payments we accept cash, money order, certified check and all kind of cards.
For credit/debit card payments there will be a 3% service fee. The card should be presented at the time of payment and the name on the card should be the same as on the bill of landing.
In order to reserve and confirm your moving date, truck, and movers we require a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your balance in the end of the move. Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the job.
The remaining balance is paid in full (cash, certified check or debit/credit cards) upon the end of the move according the actual time plus travel time.
After confirming the job our manager will send you an invoice. You could pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Total Moving Time = Labor Time + Travel Time.
Labor Time starts once movers arrive to your origin address and ends when movers finish unloading at the destination address. Lunch breaks will be deducted of your Total Moving Time.
Total moving time can vary in case of undisclosed or unpredicted circumstances.
We have 3 hours minimum charge policy which includes travel time, in case your move takes less then 3 hours of the Total Time. Then our Rates are hourly based with 15 min. increment charge policy.

Each rescheduling with less than 5 business days notice is subject to a $150 fee.
The deposit will not be refunded in the case of cancellation.
